These terms apply to imarkuknives.com, the official Imarku Knives website, and to orders placed through the Imarku store at store.imarkuknives.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who you are buying from

Orders placed through the official store are sold and fulfilled by Imarku Knives, 211 Erie St, Pomona, CA 91768, United States. This site does not host a marketplace and does not take orders on behalf of other sellers.

Orders and pricing

Product information on this site is provided for guidance. The checkout page confirms the exact item, configuration, price, shipping cost and taxes before you place an order. Prices are shown at checkout and may change. We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable or appears to be fraudulent; if we do, we will refund any amount already paid.

Hand-forged knives vary. Grain, finish and handle colour can differ slightly between pieces. That is a property of the process, not a defect.

Shipping

Current shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. US orders over $100 ship free. Most orders leave our California warehouse within one business day and arrive within three to seven business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Import duties and taxes on international orders are the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns and warranty

You have thirty days from delivery to return an item. Contact service@imarkuknives.com with your order number before sending anything back. Items must be returned in a condition that lets us inspect them; used or damaged items may not qualify. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Every Imarku knife and block carries a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Normal edge wear, routine sharpening and cosmetic changes are not defects. The warranty is registered to the original order and is not transferable.

Using the site

You may browse the site, share links and print pages for personal use. You may not scrape it at scale, copy product photography for commercial use, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law. Access may be limited or withdrawn if the site is misused.

Intellectual property

The Imarku name, the emblem, the product photography, the copy and the design of this site are owned by Imarku Knives or used with permission. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you. Press quotations remain the property of the publications that published them.

Accuracy and availability

We work to keep product details and stock accurate, but the site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Imarku Knives is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit liability for death, personal injury or fraud where the law does not allow it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Los Angeles County, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For orders, the version in force when you placed the order applies.
