Shipping

We ship from our workshop in Pomona, California. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one business day. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is scanned.

Delivery estimates are business days, not calendar days, and do not include weekends or holidays. If your country is not available at checkout, email service@imarkuknives.com and we will check the route.

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes at the border. Those charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot mark an order as a gift or change the declared value.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Start by emailing service@imarkuknives.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return address and instructions.

• Pack the knife securely, ideally in the original box and block.
• Include the order number or a copy of the packing slip.
• Ship the parcel with tracking; we cannot refund a return that goes missing.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Used, damaged or sharpened items may not qualify for a full refund. If the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, contact us first and we will cover the return.

Warranty

Every Imarku knife and block carries a one-year warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. A cracked handle, a failed weld or a blade that chips under normal cutting is a warranty matter. Normal edge wear, routine sharpening, dishwasher damage and cosmetic changes are not.

To start a claim, email a photo of the issue and your order number to service@imarkuknives.com. We will confirm whether the item is covered and arrange a replacement or refund.

Order changes and cancellations

If your order has not been packed, we can usually change the address or cancel it. Send the correction as soon as possible to service@imarkuknives.com. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the return process above applies instead.
